Private Lessons-
Huntseat, Saddleseat, beginner jumping and western styles taught.
Lessons last for one hour. This hour includes a 10 minute tack up
period, 35-40 minutes of in saddle instruction and a 10 minute untack
and groom. Lessons are taught in our well lit spacious indoor arena
by professional instructors. Lessons are taught on a weekly basis.
Cost: $38.00 per lesson
Summer Camp-- Level I (Half day camp)
This camp is for anyone ages 8-15 that love horses. We will
introduce students to the subjects of horse care, safety,
feeding, tack care, basic termonology, arts/crafts and riding.
The camp is designed with the Girl Scout Horse Fan and
Horseback Rider badges in mind. Both boys and girls are
permitted at Level I. Level I is for anyone that has not
previously attended camp at Bannon Woods. The day
camp will have several sessions that will run for one week
Monday thur Friday.
Morning session runs from 9:00a.m.--12:30p.m.
Afternoon session runs from 1:30 p.m.--5:00p.m.
Cost: $155.00 per student
Cost includes a camp t shirt
Summer Camp- Level II (Half day camp with overnight)
This camp is for returning students only!! Students must be at least 10
years of age to attend Level II. This camp is a continuation of Level I
with more riding opportunities. Level II changes each year and is fun
to repeat! Level II campers will attend from 1:30 p.m.--5:00 p.m.
Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday and from 1:30 p.m. Friday to 9:00
a.m. Saturday morning. Male students must leave Friday night by
10:00 p.m. We will have a cook out Friday night and a doughnut
breakfast Saturday morning. Other fun activities include a campfire
and scavenger hunt!!
Cost: $185.00 per student
Cost includes a camp t-shirt
Semi- Private Lessons-
Same format as Private but with 2-4 students per session.
Recommended for students to enhance ability of horsemanship
which includes general riding skills, multiple horse
surroundings, trail riding and showing.
Cost: $30.00 per lesson
Summer Camp-- All Day Camp
This camp is for anyone ages 8-15 that love horses. This camp is
designed to meet the individual needs and skill levels of each student.
Students will be split into different riding groups to match their riding
ability and promote a fun and safe learning environment. We will
introduce students to the subjects of horse care, safety, feeding, tack
care, basic termonology, arts/crafts and riding. Campers attending the all
day camp will ride twice a day. The camp is designed with the Girl Scout
Horse Fan and Horseback Rider badges in mind. Both boys and girls are
permitted. The all day camp will have several sessions that will run for
one week Monday thur Friday.
Camp starts at 8:00 a.m. (gates open at 7:30 a.m.) and last until 5:00 p.m.
Each camper is required to bring their lunch and two snacks.
Cost: $300.00 per student

Summer Camp-- Tots Camp with Mommy or Daddy
This camp is for girls and boys ages 4-7 that love horses. Mom or Dad are strongly
encouraged to stay for this camp and will be able to participate in camp activities. This
camp is designed to introduce the younger equestrians to horses. Students will learn about
the subjects of horse care, safety, feeding, tack care, basic termonology, arts/crafts and
riding. The number of students per camp will be limited to keep groups small and safe.
Offered May 31st - June 4th, 2010
Three different 2 hour sessions to choose from.
Session 1, 9am-11am
Session 2, 11am- 1pm
Session 3, 2pm-4pm
Cost: $135.00 per student
