Instructors:
Miss Stephanie
Miss Stephanie has been riding and
showing since the age of 8. She has
successfully competed in 4-H, Quarter
Horse Foundation Shows, as well as
many local and State events. Miss
Stephanie teaches Huntseat, beginner
jumping and Western styles with
emphasis on teaching a strong base seat
and horsemanship.
Miss Stephanie has been a part of the
Bannon Woods Team for 10 years both
teaching lessons and training horses.
She is our Summer Camp Director and
Show Coordinator.
Miss Stephanie is a student at Sullivan
University and is seeking her BS in
Business Management and Accounting.
Ms. Frances
We are very excited to have Ms. Frances Corum as
part of our team. Francis brings a lifetime of riding
experience to our facility. She has been a prominent
part of our community, and for the past twelve years has
served as the Head Coach for the Jefferson County 4-H
Drill Team. She led Jefferson County to several State
Championships.
Ms. Francis teaches contest and western riding and also
manages trail riding portion of our program.

Miss Mariola
Mariola Power comes to Bannon Woods
Farm with years of horse experience both
in and out of the show ring. Born and
raised in Traverse City, Michigan, she
began riding at age 8 and was an active
participant in her local 4-H group for over
10 years. At the 2002 4-H State Horse
Show, Miss Mariola was overall Reserve
Champion in Jumping, and continued her
showing career on the Lake Effect Horse
Show Circuit, in Michigan, where she won
numerous year end championships in both
equitation and hunters. She continued on
to place 4th in the American Hunter
Jumper Federation Dover Saddlery Junior
Hunter Challenge in 2006. While at the
University of Michigan, Miss Mariola
rode on both the Polo and Equestrian
Teams, winning overall champion at the
2008 U of M horse show. Showing on the
“A” hunter/jumper circuit, Miss Mariola
competed in Equitations, Hunters, and
Jumpers, qualifying for the Washington
International Horse Show and North
American League Finals yearly.
Throughout her showing career on the
“A” circuit, Miss Mariola won several
Jumper Classics in 2007 and 2008, in
addition to placing in many United Stated
Equestrian Federation Talent Searches.
Miss Mariola has trained with many
professionals including Olympian Greg
Best, and Grand Prix rider Melissa Hirt.
